After 7 days
Because the Season Pass is a one-time purchase for the whole season, we do not offer refunds after the 7-day window, except where required by law. If something is broken and we can't fix it, we will make it right; email us.
When a refund is processed
Your account returns to the Free tier as soon as the refund is issued. Lineups you already built and exported are yours to keep.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Refund requests are handled faster than chargebacks, and accounts with an open dispute are suspended until it is resolved.
